Refund Policy

At MyTutorWorld, our goal is simple — to ensure every student and parent feels confident, comfortable, and happy with our tutoring services. We know that choosing the right tutor is an important decision, and we want you to feel supported from the very beginning.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available if requested within the first 3 paid classes (excluding the trial class). If you feel our classes are not the right fit during this period, simply let us know — we will process a refund for the unused sessions without hesitation. After the first 3 paid classes, refund requests will be considered on a case-to-case basis. We genuinely value each learner and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Our Approach

We strongly encourage open communication. If something isn’t working — whether it’s the tutor, teaching style, or scheduling — please reach out. Often, a quick fix (like adjusting tutor match or class timings) solves the issue. However, if you still wish to discontinue, we’ll respect your decision and assist with the refund process.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Exceptions

To maintain fairness and transparency, certain payments are non-refundable:
  • Trial classes (free or paid).
  • Classes that have already been conducted.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice.
  • Technical issues on the student’s side (internet/device problems).
  • Discounted or promotional packages.
