At MyTutorWorld, we designed our online tutoring refund policy to make every parent and student feel secure, supported, and confident while choosing our services. Selecting the right tutor is an important decision, and we want your experience to feel smooth from the start. That’s why we make our terms clear, our communication simple, and our approach transparent.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within the first three paid classes (excluding the trial class). If you believe the classes are not the right match during this period, just let us know. We will refund the unused sessions, and only a small administrative charge will be deducted to cover processing fees.

After the first three paid sessions, we review refund requests individually. We understand that every learner has unique needs, and we always try to support reasonable concerns. Because of this, we encourage you to share any issues early so we can assist you quickly and effectively.

Our Approach

Open communication helps us resolve most concerns. If the tutor’s style, availability, or approach does not feel right, reach out to us. Often, a simple change—such as adjusting class timings or assigning a better-matched tutor—solves the issue immediately. However, if you still prefer to discontinue, we will guide you through the refund steps without delay.

Refund Process

Once we approve the refund, we issue the amount back to your original payment method. Typically, this takes 7–10 business days. In addition, we send an email confirming that the refund process has started so you can stay informed.

Our online tutoring refund policy also ensures that you always know what cannot be refunded. This clarity helps maintain fairness for both families and tutors.

Non-Refundable Exceptions

To maintain fairness and transparency, certain payments are non-refundable:

  • Trial classes (free or paid).
  • Classes that have already been conducted.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice.
  • Technical issues on the student’s side (internet/device problems).
  • Discounted or promotional packages.
